There is a marked difference between simple and plain. This simple (but not plain!) ring, made in the Art Deco style, has beautifully filigreed shoulders that support a square, milgrained top. Bead set into the ring's setting is a lovely 1.66ct round, radiant, natural blue zircon. Zircon and cubic zirconia are completely unrelated stones. Zircon is a natural, mined stone that's highly refractive -- this example is blue with faint green undertones.
