:: Roundel center medallion with scalloped contour adorned at either end by blossomed finials with minor botehs atop a covered field of floral vines, buds, and blossoms. Arabesques scattered throughout the main field, medallion, spandrels, and main border. Colors and shades include: Cobalt blue, purple, violet, sea foam green, pale turquoise, ivory, mint green, and more. Condition notes: Wear across to foundation and knot heads. Fully secured sides and ends. Machine bound edges and ends. Reverse side shows stark contrast of colors to those found on the face. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Sparta carpet made in Turkey circa 1960's vintage. Size measures 6'10" x 9'7".
