Amazing range of colors all in the natural dye family, fantastic playful randomly alternating color-fills in the main border, outer minor border comprised of a reciprocating Laleh Abbasi pawn design motif. Colors and shades include: Natural camel, powder blue, saffron yellow, coffee brown, madder root red, wine red, emerald green, sapphire blue, and more. Condition notes: Areas of high and low pile height. Mostly secure sides and ends. Some older signs of clean, but recessed etching to the pile height from moth nibbles. Some older areas of minor, professional restoration, and expert reduction to the perimeter. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Serab rug runner made in Persia circa 1890's vintage. Size measures 2'9" x 13'4".
