End field overlays in trefoil contour scalloped style relief with minor arabesques inwardly directed to the main field. Main border in a meandering vine and minor blossom design. Colors and shades include: Brick red, charcoal black, ivory, beige, sand, jade green, dusty gold, teal blue, sapphire blue, blush, and more. Condition notes: Areas of pile, knot heads and foundation. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. One or two minor localized mends and repair to one corner. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Arak rug runner made in Persia circa 1950's vintage. Size measures 2'8" x 10'1".
